Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or scheduling services with AllDuct Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

  • Scope: residential and commercial air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, mini-split cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing, UV-C installation, and related services.
  • Standards: our work practices are aligned with ACR (NADCA)-based methods and source-removal cleaning under negative pressure for scoped components.
  • Exclusions: mold remediation, asbestos or lead abatement, major repairs, reconstruction, or any unscoped work unless expressly quoted in writing.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes and estimates: quotes are based on the information provided by the client and may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ materially from what was disclosed before service.
  • Payment terms: payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in the written proposal or service agreement. Commercial projects may require deposits or progress payments.
  • Payment methods: we may use third-party payment processors. Card surcharges or ACH discounts may apply where permitted by law.
  • Taxes and access-related costs: applicable taxes, permit fees, parking fees, roof-access costs, lift rentals, or similar job-related expenses are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Scheduling, Access & Preparation

  • Client responsibilities: the client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, clear space near registers, vents, or air handlers, disclose pets, secure valuables, and ensure utility availability where required.
  • After-hours work: commercial projects may be scheduled during evenings, nights, or weekends. Some work areas may be temporarily restricted or cordoned off for safety.
  • Access limitations: if roof access, special entry permissions, escorts, or building coordination are required, the client is responsible for arranging access or covering related costs unless otherwise agreed.

5. Safety & Compliance

  • We follow reasonable safety practices, including appropriate PPE, containment, ladder and lift safety, and roof tie-off practices where required.
  • LOTO coordination may be required when working near energized equipment, motors, or electrical panels.
  • The client is responsible for notifying us in advance of any building-specific safety requirements, restricted areas, or compliance procedures.

6. Photos & Documentation

We may document projects with before-and-after photos for service verification, reporting, and recordkeeping. We will not publish identifiable interior photos for marketing purposes without separate client consent.

7. Warranty & Disclaimers

  • Workmanship: workmanship is covered only as expressly stated in your written proposal or service agreement.
  • Limitations: normal wear, pre-existing conditions, inaccessible components, hidden defects, or issues outside the scoped system are excluded.
  • Service disclaimer: our services are provided based on the visible and accessible conditions present at the time of service. We do not guarantee correction of issues caused by unrelated system defects, improper installation, or conditions outside the agreed scope of work.

8. Liability

  • Cap on liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
  • Excluded damages: we are not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Notice: please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for residential cancellations or rescheduling. Commercial scheduling changes may require longer notice depending on project scope and crew scheduling.
  • Fees: we may charge a reasonable fee for late cancellations, no-shows, denied access, or lost scheduled crew time.

10. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of service. We will review the issue and may offer a reasonable corrective action, such as a return visit to address the specific concern. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, utility outages, labor actions, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey unless otherwise agreed in writing. You and AllDuct Pro consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
