Our Process

Meet with the facility lead and confirm access and work windows
Protect adjacent areas and set up containment and negative-pressure collection
Clean ducts and terminal devices while capturing debris, and service coils or drain pans when included in scope
Maintain daily housekeeping and turn over completed areas with photo documentation
Deliver a closeout report, punch list, and maintenance guidance

Deliverables

Before-and-after photo report organized by zone or floor
Notes on damaged insulation, access issues, or missing panels
Recommended filter, coil, and re-cleaning schedule

Can you provide COI and W-9?

Yes. We can provide insurance certificates and W-9 documentation when required for approval and scheduling.

How do you handle open-ceiling spaces?

We protect finishes and fixtures, stage access safely, and perform the work during off-hours whenever possible.
