Our Process

  1. In-home assessment, quote, and protection of floors and furniture
  2. Setup of negative-pressure vacuum and containment
  3. Agitation with rotary brushes and air whips while debris is captured at the vacuum
  4. Cleaning of registers, blower housing, and accessible coil housing
  5. Final pass, photo documentation, sealing of access points, reinstalling plates, and cleanup

  • HEPA filtration for fine dust capture
  • Inspection camera where needed

How Often Should Air Ducts Be Cleaned?

Most homes benefit from an inspection every year and a full cleaning every 2–3 years, depending on dust levels, pets, renovations, water damage, musty odors, and visible debris around vents and grilles.

We clean the full system, including supply and return ducts, main trunks, and accessible blower and coil housing, not just visible vents.

Yes. Removing built-up dust can reduce recirculating particles and musty smells. Optional sanitizing may also be available when needed.

Most single-system homes take about 2–5 hours, depending on the size of the system and the level of contamination.
