Typical Scope

Supply and return ductwork, including main trunks
Air handling units, blower sections, and accessible coil housings
Coils, drain pans, and near-plenum surfaces when specified
Terminal devices, including VAV, FPB, and RTU drops when included in scope
Roof exhaust and dryer systems where applicable

Safety & Access

LOTO coordination when working near motors and panels
Roof access controls, tie-offs, and perimeter setup where required
Dust-control barriers and MERV/HEPA filtration where needed
Daily housekeeping and clear, safe egress throughout the job

Our Process

Walkthrough and scope verification with the site contact
Set containment and connect negative-pressure collection
Perform mechanical agitation with brushes or air whips while capturing debris
Clean coils and drain pans as specified and reseal access points where needed
Provide photo verification and a turnover report

Deliverables

Before-and-after photo log by zone or system
Punch list of visible deficiencies, access issues, or damaged components
Maintenance recommendations and suggested re-cleaning interval
