1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or scheduling services with Allduct Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Services
- Scope: residential and commercial air duct/HVAC cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, mini‑split cleaning, sanitizing/deodorizing, UV‑C installation, and related services.
- Standards: work practices align with ACR—The NADCA Standard, using source‑removal methods under negative pressure for scoped components.
- Exclusions: mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, major repairs, or unscoped work unless expressly quoted.
3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment
- Quotes/Estimates: based on disclosed information and site assessment; final pricing may adjust if conditions differ materially.
- Payment: due on completion unless otherwise stated in the proposal; commercial terms may specify deposits or progress payments.
- Methods: we may use third‑party processors; card surcharges or ACH discounts may apply where permitted by law.
- Taxes/Fees: applicable taxes, permits, and parking/roof access fees are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
4. Scheduling, Access & Preparation
- Client Responsibilities: provide safe access, clear areas near registers/air handlers, disclose pets, secure valuables, and ensure utility availability.
- After‑Hours: commercial work may occur nights/weekends; some noise and limited access areas will be cordoned for safety.
- Parking/Roof Access: client to provide access or cover associated costs where applicable.
5. Safety & Compliance
- We follow reasonable safety practices (OSHA‑compliant PPE, containment, ladders/lifts per manufacturer guidance, tie‑offs on roofs).
- LOTO coordination may be required when working near energized equipment or panels.
6. Photos & Documentation
We typically document projects with before/after photos and include them in your report. By engaging our services, you consent to this documentation for verification and recordkeeping. We will not publish identifiable interior photos for marketing without your separate consent.
7. Warranty & Disclaimers
- Workmanship: we stand behind our workmanship for a reasonable period as stated in your proposal.
- Limitations: normal wear, pre‑existing conditions, inaccessible components, or issues outside the scoped system are excluded.
- Disclaimer: services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law; we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated.
8. Liability
- Cap: to the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
- Indirect Damages: we are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Notice: please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule residential appointments (longer for commercial).
- Fees: we may charge a reasonable fee for late cancellations, no‑shows, or denied access.
10. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days. We will review and may offer a reasonable remedy, such as a re‑visit to address specific areas. Refunds are handled case‑by‑case.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, utility outages, labor actions, governmental actions, or acts of God).
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New Jersey unless otherwise agreed. You and Allduct Pro consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
