4) Daily housekeeping, turnover by area, and photo documentation

5) Closeout: report, punchlist, and maintenance guidance

Photo report (before/after) organized by zone/floor
Notes on damaged insulation/missing access panels
Recommended filter/coil schedule & re-clean interval

Can you provide COI and W-9?

Yes, we’ll supply insurance certificates naming required parties.

How do you handle open-ceiling spaces?
